AD HOC CONSULTING is professional consulting firm established by five partners who are members of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and offering consultancy, audit and assurance, tax, business support and learning Solution services. AD HOC CONSULTING is providing consultancy service to clients through diversified industry experience coupled with local and international best practices. We are part of our clients’ success and therefore, our consultancy service is not limited to what we agreed to deliver but beyond. AD HOC CONSULTING  is  working on conversion of existing reporting standards such as U.S.GAAP and Ethiopian tax regulation   to International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS) and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), provision of intensive IFRS, IPSAS, finance related trainings and development of IFRS and IPSAS based financial manual.
