The Synergos Institute in Ethiopia registered by the government to support the effort of the government of Ethiopia. The Synergos is working with the Ministry of Agriculture, ATA, FCA and other institutions with the primary responsibility of strengthening their partnership, jointly identify systemic bottlenecks and develop solutions that promote food security and improve the lives of small-scale farmers. In collaboration with MoA and the fund secured from the Helmesly Foundation Synergos has designed A Horticulture development capacity building project with the objective increase productivity and household income of smallholder farmers in three localities (Regions i.e., SNNPR, Amhara and Oromia) of Ethiopia.
Synergos Ethiopia office seeks to hire a project manager who has the passion for agricultural transformation and improving the lives of small holder farmers.
