About Us

Ethiopian Employers’ Federation is an independent and non-governmental federation which is the first federation in Africa particularly in Ethiopia. It served Ethiopians since 1954 GC on wards being the trues voice of Employers in the country. We work in tripeptide with Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) and bilaterally with the International Labor Organization (ILO) and NHO, from Norway Employers’ Federation.
